We are planting our DOUGLAS forest! 🌳

With the DOUGLAs InnovationHub everyone at #TeamDOUGLAS has the chance to share their ideas to visibly improve our company. The initiative was launched in June last year and – after a pre-selection of the top ten ideas – our expert jury picked the five winners. Their ideas are now being reviewed for the implementation in the company. We are still blown away by the amazing ideas and the engagement of our colleagues!
For each registration we promised to plant one tree and another tree for each idea submitted. And that’s what we did last week! We received 695 registrations and 356 ideas were submitted – thus we are planting 1.061 trees total. Luckily we had some support to get started: Together with our colleagues, their friends and family we planted the first trees and enjoyed a fun afternoon outside while supporting the reforestation of local trees.
